And once you find a cleaner you trust, you've got them for years — that £5 ends up being the cheapest thing about hiring a cleaner. Once a cleaner accepts your booking, you pay them directly for the work, at their agreed price. The £5 is the only fee we ever charge customers.
We refund the £5 in full, automatically. You're only ever charged when you're matched with a cleaner.
We score every cleaner in your area on availability, ratings, response speed, distance, and price for your service — then pick the best one match for you. No more getting bombarded with 5 quotes. The cleaner gets your details only after they accept the job.
One simple membership: £5/mo for founding cleaners (first 25, locked for life), then £9.99/mo. It bundles unlimited matched leads (from pre-paid customers) and the Pro Rota app to run your round. No per-lead fees, no commission — you keep 100% of what the customer pays you, and 100% of any rebooks forever.
Three things: the £5 prepayment (skin in the game), our 4-hour acceptance window (we void leads where customer goes cold), and ratings — customers who repeatedly no-show get capped.
£5 booking fees from customers, plus a low monthly cleaner membership (£5–£9.99) that bundles their leads + the Pro Rota app. That's it. No per-lead gouging, no commission on your work, no selling your data.
We're nationwide — book from any UK postcode. We're busiest where cleaner coverage is densest and we're adding new areas fast. If there's no cleaner free near you just yet, your £5 is refunded in full and we'll match you the moment one's available. More sign-ups in your area (both sides) = faster coverage.
Every cleaner provides ID (via Stripe Identity), proof of public liability insurance, and a base address. We don't unlock customer details until that's all green. Customers rate every job — three bad reviews and a cleaner's off the platform.
